All through the month of June, you can stop by Applebees in Burlington
any time we are open and drop off a new unwrapped toy for
Christmas Cheer of Alamance County.

Now, lets talk about how you can learn more about this proram.

The General Manager of the Burlington Applebees is Anthony Thomas.

The first step is for you to call us.
The second step is, we will set up a time for you to come by Applebees
and set down and talk with Anthony and Richard
about your non profit and what it does to help the community.
We ask that you bring a business card and brochure if you have it
along with proof of your Fed tax id #.

The next step is for us to set up a date for your fundraiser.

After we have a date set, we ask that your non profit
shares this date with your friends, family and anyone else you know.
We will help in any way we can to get the word out about your date,
but this step from you is crucial in insuring that your fundraiser is a success.

So lets talk about how the fundraiser works....

We have 5 items from our menu that are apart of the fundraiser.



When someone comes in to eat, they will be given a copy of those 5 items to choose from
along with the regular menu.
Lets take for a example, they purchase the Chicken Tenders Platter
The cost of the platter is $ 12.29 - the non profit will receive %50 = $ 6.15 from that sell.

The fundraiser is from 11:00 am until 11:00 pm and includes take out.

We ask that a representive from that days non profit be in our Applebees
from 5:00 pm until about 9:00 pm.

The non profit can set up a table where they can give away
brochures, hold raffle drawings and have a donation bucket if they choose.

At the end of the event, General Manager Anthony Thomas will calculate
how many meals where purchased from each of the 5 items
and get a total for the day.
That total will be sent into the home office and a written check
will be mailed back to Anthony within 5 to 10 business days.

Once Anthony has received that check, we will call you
back in for a photo presenting that check to you.
